Communicate: It is always good to communicate with the prescribing physician regarding the side effects you may be experiencing. If the excessive sweating is related to the celexa, (citalopram) your physician may suggest altering the time of day the medication is dosed or splitting the dose. If the condition persists, there may be other antidepressants for you to trial.
