What is the best medecine to cure my sinusitis?

Sinusitis: First, make sure that is what you have. Then, sinus nasal saline rinses with neti-pot, decongestant (pseudoephedrine), pain control (tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen), nasal steroid spray, and possibly antibiotics, for which you should see a doctor.
