Possible yeast: Sometimes yeast on the outside of the vulva can cause itching. Sometimes there could be some exczema. You could try some over the counter anti-fungal cream, or you could also try some 1% Hydrocortisone just on that one spot. Don't do both at the same time, otherwise you won't know what caused the itch :-).
