See MD: How long has it gone on for? What makes it worse? Has it changed recently? If this has gone on for more than a few days i suggest seeing your pcp.

Need evaluation: Considering dm, anxiety, hyperventilation, cervical, brain possibilities, i would take a few hours and go to my doctor. No reason to have guys like men shoot in the dark.
