What can i do to get my butt back round and firm cause it starting to sag and get flat?

Work it: Work your gluteals, usually by doing "butt kicks" (where you curl your let up behind you as though trying to kick that particularly saggy area). Walking helps. More activity increases tone and decreases overlying fat. So go for it!
