Bartholin Gland: A bump on the vagina with puss can be a blocked Bartholin's gland. Every woman has this gland and when the gland gets blocked (like how a pimple gets blocked) it can cause puss to build up behind it. Sometimes they resolve on their own, but if they become painful, see a doctor as they can help you.
