Relax: Relaxation is easier said than done so please, trust the surgeon to perform the necessary treatment. Depending upon the cause of and size of the cyst, the removal can be fairly straight-forward with only minor post-operative discomfort. If in doubt, talk to the surgeon so that you feel more at ease and relaxed about this procedure.

I doubt it: It's best to ask all your questions to the dentist actually treating you.

Not really: Just keep your mouth clean and go about your normal routine. If you have specific questions, write them down and be sure to go over them with the specialist Oral Surgeon before treatment starts. We're very fortunate. The Oral Surgeons in the Abington area are all quite competent.
