However should contain plenty of fresh fruit & vegetables, good protein such as chicken, fish, eggs or tofu, fiber & grains. Low salt, limit or avoid white flour products, limit sugar & sugar containing cereals, limit juices, encourage water & reduced fat milk. Delay exposure to peanut products. Good luck.
