Not good idea: I would recommend against anything that could raise your blood pressure.

Tennis and Nosebleed: Would you enjoy volleying with a nosebleed? If so, move ahead. If not, why not take five days with no strenuous activity. Give the area cauterized a chance to heal with a normal blood pressure. Best to use a saline nasal spray. I always suggest using the saline for two weeks beyond the last traces of blood - to allow time for healing.
