Panic attack?: Panic attacks can include physical symptoms like palpitations, chest pressure/pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, tingling extremities, feelings of choking, etc. Also there may be experience of panic, dread, fear of going crazy or dying, etc. Sometimes only a few physical symptoms are manifest. Usually this peaks within 10 minutes and is mostly gone within 30 minutes. Tell your doc.
