Recumbant CP: Chest pain when lying down may be from many sources: can be from the heart due to increased blood return to the heart, inflammation of the pericardium (sack the heart sits in within the chest) can be reflux from the stomach, could be an abscess under the diaphragm or in the liver or from the gall bladder; could be bowel distension. Most urgent to rule out heart ds; see you doc!
