Maybe: Any bleeding or brown discharge (frequently old blood) should be discussed with your Ob provider. Sometimes it is a result of bleeding from the cervix, which is very vascular during pregnancy, and doesn't affect the pregnancy but other times it can represent an infection or pre-term labor. Your Ob provider will need to make that determination. Best wishes!
