Quite possibly: Most women with bicornuate uterus can actually have pretty good reproductive performance. You should see a fertility specialist for more personalized testing and advice. Very sorry about the bad outcome!

Bicornuate uterus: You can definitely try. You risk of preterm labor is higher than in women with normal uterus. You will need to be under the care of an experienced obgyn, though.

Try again: Yes you should try again. A bicornuate uterus is fairly common and typically does not interfere with most pregnancies. Because you lost a baby in the 2nd trimester, you will need some extra surveillance during your next pregnancy. Stay on your prenatal vitamin. Make sure that you are being seen by a board certified ob-gyn. As soon as you get a positive preg test, get in to be seen asap.
