Incontinence: This is a common problem left unreported by many patients. There are may causes wh/may be stem from the bladder (hyperactive, inflammed, infected), urethral problems, or problems w/the sphincter or muscle that controls leakage from the bladder to the urethra leading to stress incontinence. Some have more than one issue. You need to discuss with your doc and set a plan for workup.
