Worried, no: Venous disease takes a long time to cause a lot of damage. However, as with any disease, the early you treat, the better. The treatments we have today are quick, safe, and almost pain free. http://www.houstonvir.com/varicose-vein-treatment-houston/.

Need vein eval.: Varicose veins are due to leaking(refluxing) valves in the saphenous system and this can lead to venous stasis and insufficiency. If you have varicose veins then you certainly are prone to develop venous stasis and the problems associated with that. You should see a vein specialist and have a full venous evaluation with a venous reflux exam.

Probably not: Worried? No. But have enough concern that you get a venous evaluation as drs. Doe and landi said.
