Nothing: Given a few days they will heal. If you control the itching you will not scratch so hard. Try Hydrocortisone rubbed in several times a day.

Mosquito bites: Mosquitoes have an anticoagulant in their saliva, so bruising is common. Store aloe vera gel in the refrigerator & apply to affected area. Rub basil leaf on the bite. It repels mosquitoes & has anti-inflammatory effect. Consider applying calamine lotion or can apply crushed ice or a cold pack. A 1 to 1 mix of water & baking soda is effective when applied to lesions. You can take oral medications >

Purple: I believe a reason that mosquito bites turn purple may be that the female mosquito deposits saliva that contains anticoagulants in the skin.
