Little critters : Most mosquito bites form red bumps due to local allergic reaction on the skin to the bite and go away in a few days without treatment. In sensitive skins, the reaction can be enhanced requiring OTC anti allergy medication like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream or orally. If u see a white head appearing on the middle of red bump, it may indicate some infection/pus and may sign of infection due to scratching etc.
