See below: A cbc, iron studies, and hemoccult stool testing are used to address iron deficiency anemia. However, you list in your history hepatitis b. Hepatitis can definately cause fatigue. If you have not seen a gastroenterologist to address this, they are the ones who treat hepatitis and you may require treatment to feel better. Hope that helps.
