Could be related: Yes, low iron and iron binding capacity can cause muscle fatigue. Though the normal range for TIBC is different lab to lab, 235 is likely on the low end for most labs. I would discuss iron supplementation with your doctor, and the need for other tests to figure out WHY your TIBC is low. Good luck!
