Hard to know: Possibly ovulation flow, but impossible to say definitively. It has been shown that women who focus on every change in their bodies while ttc are less successful than those who just relax, enjoy life and take it as it comes. If you suspect pregnancy get urine strip test kits and use them at 7-10 day intervals. Good luck.
