Dry eyes: I will only address the blurry vision. It sounds like your tear film on the surface of your eyes may be unstable. If the tear film dries up, then the vision will blur. It is like looking thru a windshield wiper streaking across the window, and a different streak is seen when there is not enough water. You can try otc artificial tears and see if that helps. If so, see an eye md.
