I have crohn's disease and am on imuran. i'm also taking a small vacation sailing. any reason i can't take dramamine (dimenhydrinate)?

No: Imuran and Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) should be fine together. Note you might look into Zofran (ondansetron), another good anti nausea Rx which can also be used for motion sickness.
