Check your back: This is likely to be a dysfunction of the lower back from disc protrusion or leak. But it may also be due to pathology of the spinal column such as vascular or tumor invasion. You should fairly soon check with your family doctor or an orthopod to sort this out.

Time to go to ER: Ive seen back spasms buckle legs but best to have doc make sure nerves to legs are intact rule out severe nerve pressure from large disc herniation.
