Not quite.: Although a woman can have some bleeding while pregnant it isn't her period. If you have an actual period than you are not pregnant. Find out if you are pregnant by taking a home pregnancy test. You might have no sxs or pregnancy sxs can include fatigue, increased urination, enlarging waist, headaches, nausea, vomiting, increased gas, change in appetite, insomnia just to mention a few.
