Lots: While we always think of stds, there are skin diseases that can occur on the vulva and vagina. Lichen planus and lichen sclerosus can cause itching or burning and only happen on the vulva/vagina. Psoriasis can occur there as well. If you haven't had a biopsy, you should. Find a good gynecologist. Good luck!
