Heart burn? : Heartburn or gallbladder disease would would be a good starting point. At 10 weeks gestation the pregnancy is too small to cause pain up there. Try some daily Nexium (esomeprazole) or Prilosec and see if that helps. Then discuss your symptoms with your doctor and see what other tests are warranted.
