Likely normal: It's unlikely that your broke your amniotic sac at 12 weeks during sexual intercourse. Not impossible, but unlikely. What's more likely is that you have increased discharge when you are pregnant and this increased discharge from your cervix and vagina came out as clear water. Sometimes, of course, ejaculate, can come out after sex and look like clear water.
