Discharge : It's most likely bv; bacterial vaginosis. Which is usually caused from an imbalance of the vaginal ph. Inorder to get rid of this which could reoccur you will need antibiotics. This is not an std!

Most likely: This sounds like bacterial vaginosis - gardenella vaginalis metronidazole usually fixes the problem. Check with your doc.
