Test for hypereflex: Hyperreflexia spinal disorders & back pain could have a connection that may be checked by specialized testing like electromyography and MRI to figure out the intricate nerve connections. Hyperreflexia could be resultant of other nervous disorders as well. You need to see a specialist like neurologist or physiatrist to check you with imaging and emg, nerve conduction tests to get accurate diagnosis.
