Sensibly: Plenty of protein, and avoid sugary, greasy, and salty stuff. If you aren't much on fruits and vegetables, try to acquire the taste. Whatever amount of food and exercise leaves you lean and muscular is what is right for you. There is no "ideal weight"; your best health parameters are what looks and feels right to you while you're able to compete successfully in your favorite sports.
