Physical exam: By a physician will give you the best answer. It could be many things. If you can reproduce the pain by pressing there, it could be psoas bursitis or tendinitis, it could be something inside your pelvis causing pain like appendix, ovary or intestine. It's really hard to say, see a doctor if it persists or gets worse.
