Zero: Dr novick is correct. Unless the person administering the shot stabs themselves 1st and they carry these diseases. Then there is a possibility. But if all precautions are followed it should be impossible.

0, no blood products: Unlike some less usual vaccines such as rabies vaccine, the tdap contains no blood products, and it is not possible to get an infection from it.
