Vasovagal attack: You probably had a vasovagal attack. When you hold your breath and push hard to lift or move something, 2 things happen: - a nerve reflex slows your heart rate - high pressure in the chest prevents blood from returning to your heart. The result is that blood pressure to your brain drops very suddenly. You can even pass out. In the future, don't hold your breath: breath in & out when you push/lift.
