Get checked: If you can't breath you need to be evaluated for infection, lung or heart problem. Not sure what could be moving in your chest other than the lungs and heart. Perhaps you are feeling mucus?

Guys I have had a chest pain in the middle of my chest moving to the right of my chest While sleeping last night my arm was sore pulling into my fingers and at certain moment while walking I was out of breath which never happen the pain doesnt go ?
Have pain when moving my right arm, especially when moving towards the front of chest and moving in big arc. Also pain in right during deep breath.
Chest pain left side 2 days now. When i move pain comes or i laugh or sometimes deep breath moving arm makes it worse sometimes.
I keep getting sharp pains in my left shoulder, by ribs and in back when breath; chest is tender to touch, stretching helps but notice pain is more severe when I lay down or do too much moving and relief when I stretch or rest, what could it be?
