Travel Sickness: So, i cannot guess what you mean by travel sickness. Do you mean dizziness? Nausea? Diarrhea? Headache? Or something else? I often advise my patients to take pepto bismal, immodium and Meclizine (a pill for nausea and dizzyness) with them on any long or over seas travel. All of these are available over the counter.
