Broad question, i know, but fairly often lately i'm pretty lightheaded/dizzy. no abnormal b/p, no headaches. what could this be?

Light Headed: The most common diagnosis in my practice for this symptom is an inner ear infection. Then I do blood tests specifically looking for thyroid or blood sugar issues. I also add kidney and liver testing when evaluating these symptoms.
