See your doctor.: You may have a sleep disorder, ranging from disordered sleep cycles to obstructive sleep apnea. You need to see your doctor for an exam to see if there is any anatomic cause; you may also need a sleep study, which your doctor can order if indicated.

Maybe sleep disorder: You should see a sleep specialist to get this evaluated. There are a number of possible sleep disorders that may be present, and he/she can fully evaluate this. Most important: don't drive sleepy. It is like driving drunk.

Evaluation: A sleep evaluation is in order to see if your sleep is disordered and causing miniawakenings that ruin the quality of your sleep. Also, many people have built up a sleep debt (required sleep that was not obtained) and even with good sleep you may feel tired till all this sleep is "paid back.".
