Chronic Fatigue?: One of the first things to evaluate is whether you have sleep apnea or not! you need to find out whether you are stopping breathing as you sleep, which means you may not reaching full rem sleep!

Several things!: Good mattress. Good pillow. Cool, quite, and dark room. Do not watch news before you sleep, or engage in stressful discussions before sleep. Sleep quality is more important than "hours" of sleep. Finally, get involved in a graded exercise program. Most patients respond well to this, more so than anything else!
