Yes to both: Sperm can live in the female reproductive tract at least 72 hours after ejaculation, so conception the next day is entirely possible. Consumption of recreational drugs is not advisable while trying to conceive or while pregnant, especially street drugs whose purity is unknown and could have unknown effects on the pregnancy.
