Black heads: Large black heads are fairly common on the trunk. These result from a mixture of excess sweat gland oil and dead skin. The primary treatment is just aggressive hygiene. In the shower use one of those mesh scrubbing sponges with gentle soap to remove the dead skin. Large black heads can be expressed with a tweezer or curette. Antibiotics may help, but are not likely to add much.

Treatment: Blackheads can sometimes respond to a salicylic acid-based wash. This can usually be found in a drug store. However, there are other conditions that can look similar. If a sal-acid wash doesn't help you should probably have a dermatologist take a look.
