Blackhead or: ingrown hair? Shaving doesn't usually resolve blackheads.

No...: By trying to shave them you may make the condition worse. You may cause ingrown hairs and skin infection. Try to use an astringent soaps and lotions which you can find over the counter. Also benzoyl peroxide can help.
