No: Watery eyes usually mean that your eyes are either too dry (your body senses the rough surface of the dry eyes and thinks there is foreign material that needs to be washed away) or there is a blockage in your tear drainage system. Either way, treatment with visine ac is not appropriate. You should see an eye md to see why your eyes are watering.
