30-year-old male, not obese, no hypertension, no migraines. Weakness in both legs with left leg foot drop. Brisk reflexes in legs and arms, Babinski sign in left foot, Hoffman's sign in left hand. Brain MRI = 2 WM lesions right frontal lobe. Ideas?
MRI results ordered by ENT - "A couple tiny areas of T2 bright signal are seen in the subcortical white matter of the right frontal lobe. There may also be a tiny hyperintensity in the right parietal white matter." Should I consult w/ a Neurologist?
