Weight Lifting Youth: It is advised that heavy weight lifting be avoided until you have reached your maximum growth. 67 inches and male is a normal height. But, your age would be one that is still young enough that you will probably grow more. Spend your exercise time doing cardiovascular and minor strength training and you should be fine.
