Difficult to say: If your symptoms are severe and/or persistent, please see your doctor so they can perform thorough assessment and order any imaging studies that may be helpful to evaluate your abdominal pain and headaches. The causes of headache, dizziness, and abdominal pain are too broad to try and guess at the reason without knowing more. Good luck.
