Too nonspecific!: Abdominal pain can be an emergency to a mild problem. Let's begin by seeing your primary care doctor. I can't even recommend otc meds because: i don't know enough about your symptoms; i don't know if you have tried anything. The shortcut. See your doc. If you have none- a walk in clinic!

See a doctor: Abdominal pain can be caused by way too many things to advise you on what to do for your present condition. You need to see your doctor who will take a complete history and perform a physical exam before recommending any diagnostic and/or treatment plans.

It depends: If it's severe and prevents you from functioning, than you need to be seen by a doctor and sooner rather than later, possibly in the ER. If it's mild and doesn't prevent you from eating, drinking and functioning than setting up an appointment with your primary care semi-urgent isn't unreasonable. Nonetheless, you should be evaluated. Best of luck.
