Call your gyn: U need an evaluation with blood work, cultures and an ultrasound, Nexplanon can cause a lot of break through bleeding that is one reason i rarely rec it to my pts, if u do not want any more children u should get an in office essure- easy takes 5 minutes, if u want more kids may need something else for now.
