Weight loss: If you are trying to reduce body fat or weight, the number of calories you eat daily should be less than the number of calories you work off. A diet low in calories and choesterol, high in protein and fiber, is a good place to start. Breakfast can be fruit and scrambled egg whites, or oatmeal, or another high-fiber, low-fat option.
