A member asked:

What is the muscle in abdomen that can cause a man to lose an erection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

None: Erection and loss of it are controlled by vascular flow, not by abdominal muscles. Arterial inflow is increased to bring blood into the penis, while veins are blocked by valves to keep it in. After climax, those valves are relaxed to let the blood out and the inflow slows back to baseline. E.D. Can be caused by several factors including vascular disease, neurologic issues, and many medications.
