Clarification needed: If you mean is it good for a 12 year old girl to do push ups and curl-ups, the answer is yes. If you mean is 17 pushups and 80 curl-ups a remarkable amount for a 12 year old girl to do, the answer is also yes, but she can progressively work on doing more as her tolerance increases. She may want to work with a trainer not to overdo it, because most 12 yr old girls are still growing.
